Who This is For

Whether you're a founder building something sacred, an inheritor navigating stewardship, a family creating alignment, cousins building collective value — or you're simply being called back to roots — IRL is for you.

Rooted in legacy, built for the future.

In the Room with Legacy™ was born from a sacred lived experience.

When founder Lauren Rosa Miller walked alongside her father through the final chapter of his life, she witnessed what it truly means to pass the baton. Not just property or possessions, but purpose, love, and responsibility.

Through that journey, Lauren saw how much families can gain, and lose, in the silence between generations. She also recognized that legacy isn't luck or wealth alone; it's structure, intention, and the courage to move as a family on purpose.

What began as a deeply personal awakening became a framework for others — helping families preserve their stories, align their values, and build systems that carry blessings forward with discipline and love.

She is also the architect behind the IRL Legacy Framework and the creator of NIA, the beta version of IRL's emerging Legacy Operating System.

Legacy isn't just inherited — it's built, lived, and sustained together.
